European Burmese Standard (WCF)

Body:
Medium size, medium length. It feels stronger and heavier than it seems at first glance. The chest is powerful, rounded when viewed in profile. The back is straight from the shoulders to the croup. The limbs are relatively thin, the paws are elegant, oval. The tail is straight, of medium length, with a narrow base, tapering to a slightly rounded tip.

Head:
In the form of a short blunt wedge, with gently rounded contours. Cheekbones are emphasized and set wide. Profile with a distinct transition. Strong chin and lower jaw.

Ears:
Large, set wide, with a slight forward tilt. Wide at the base, the tips are slightly rounded. The outer outlines of the ears continue the contours of the top of the front part of the head.

Eyes:
Large, widely spaced. The upper eyelid has an oriental shape, the lower one is rounded. Eye color - from yellow to amber.

Wool:
Very short, thin, shiny. Tight-fitting, almost without undercoat.

Colors:
The following colors are recognized: sable (dark brown), chocolate (champagne), red, their weakened variants are blue, purple (platinum), cream, and tortoiseshell variants based on them. In all colors, the inner side of the body is slightly lighter. There is no drawing of any kind. The points are evenly colored, slightly darker than the body and slightly contrast with it. In young animals, let's assume a ghostly pattern and a slightly lighter color tone. Descriptions are in the list of acromelanic colors.

Disadvantages: Pinch. Hollow cheeks.
