Also pay attention to the conditions in which the animals are kept, their appearance and behavior. Cleanliness, good health of kittens is the best evidence of the breeder's competence.
The owner of the nursery will give the buyer information about the features of maintenance and vet maintenance, will indicate what you need to pay attention to first. Consult with the breeder about the specifics of grooming (grooming of hair, teeth, claws and ears) of this breed, about the literature that will help at first, about the rules of participation in exhibitions.
In decent nurseries, the rules of vaccination, deworming and other sanitary and hygienic conditions are observed, the sale of sick kittens is not allowed. A serious breeder will never go for it, because the "brand" of his kennel is important to him, unlike nowhere registered divorcees, who are not afraid of anything: they just change their phone numbers.
